TC NAMED AS A BEST PLACE TO WORK BY BROADCAST

We are proud to have been named a winner at the Broadcast Best Places to Work in TV Awards, held last week, which celebrate outstanding workplace culture across the television industry.
As part of the event, our Head of Production, Sheryl Lacy, was invited to join a panel discussion, where she and the rest of the panel shared insights on how independent production companies can better support freelancers and create more inclusive, sustainable working environments.
Broadcast’s Best Places to Work 2026 survey highlighted that employees across the industry place particular value on work/life balance, family support and access to training and development opportunities. These principles are central to how we operate and reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting our team at every stage of their careers.
The awards process is largely driven by employee feedback. While companies are invited to complete an application showcasing their values and working practices, this accounts for just 20% of the overall score. The remaining 80% is based on anonymous employee surveys, making this recognition especially meaningful as it is shaped directly by the voices of our team.
